Non-woven solutions for the production of makeup remover pads, in collaboration with Grupo Lemoine, Europe’s leader in the cotton industry.
SCROLLOur partnership with Grupo Lemoine, Europe’s leader in the cotton cosmetics industry, combines know-how with technical experience in producing makeup remover pads. We design and manufacture non-woven fabrics solutions through the Spunlace process for articles in laps, whose raw material is 100% cotton.
A wide variety of features, including its high absorbency and the use of materials especially for skincare.
We’ve created a sustainable line thanks to the use of Spunlace technology, which utilises water and velocity as resources during the entire process, beginning with production of the non-woven fabric until the final cut and finish. It also offers a wide variety of features, sizes and patterns, as well as grammages between 150 to 250 GSM and machine widths between 100 and 1,800 mm.
The production process of COTTON LACE is sustainable. We utilise filtered water that is of drinking quality and that contains no chemicals, and our manufacturing environment and air quality are subject to the highest standards.
COTTON LACE quality is continuously revised through a strict quality management system and the ISO 9001: 2008 certification, as well as the OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certification.
COTTON LACE invests in product innovation, which is significant for our industry, clients and for the end consumer.
In addition to being antistatic and antibacterial, our COTTON LACE products are also non-irritating and non-allergenic.
Our COTTON LACE solutions are manufactured in different sizes and patterns.
